継　承　（ 新陳代謝 ）

 

Succession in terms of metabolism, begins with the activation and then continuance of something.

 

Taking over from superiors is a response to the field vacated. Superiors also feel happiness that former subordinates can become active in their areas. This is the nature of development and the prosperity of the company.  We are fortunate to have a fresh division to actively pursue business. Naturally we sometimes have problems but it is good to know that we have the fresh energy to overcome these problems.

 

Once I took over the production of formal gloves from my superior and with this basis the third generation and the fourth generation will also continue to evolve the business.Just as in the world of sports the parameters are expanding.

 

After a long time dealing with our clients,a younger person will eventually take over and help bridge any gap between the different views of both generations.

 

To know where such gaps are and to train successors is the final job of the supervisors.

 

We all grow old but with juniors and seniors sharing knowledge is useful indeed. I can watch peacefully as I’m satisfied with this situation.

 

 

A club and committee to make English lessons

 

According to the diffusion of information on the Internet, we have to manage business and communicate with each other in a global language of English. If we don’t, then misunderstandings will occur and things won’t go smoothly.

 

With Globalization quick responses are for not only business but many other fields some with no connection to computers.

 

Changes in society will keep on happening by leaps and bounds and from now on everyone must develop global communication skills (including the use of IT tools) in English so that they can correspond and react to any situation both clearly and quickly.

 

We’ve started a club and committee to make English lessons available for our staff and their business at NAIGAI’s Stage 3. It’s the kind of manual that everyone can by with without much difficulty in their daily work. It’s a kind of anyone-can-use, anytime, anywhere manual including text, pictures and tapes.

 

It also gathers everyone’s collective wisdom, technical terms, practical expressions, effective key-words and easy explanations. And with this English and IT knowledge we aim to make which are beyond generations, countries and places.

 

This may also be another part of the meaning of succession.
