　ISO(International Organization for Standardization)は、スイス・ジュネーブに本部を置く非政府組織の国際機関であり国際連合の諮問機関です。　1947年に発足し、現在は世界138カ国以上が参加し、工業製品からサービスに至る様々な国際規格を決めています。
